How much does a clearance cost?

Summary

The charge is three fold:

  1. Waste disposal

  2. Labour

  3. Saleable items

Explained

  1. Waste Disposal: The official council centre charges us to dispose of waste. We pass this charge on to you. This is much like you paying for a skip, however our van is much larger than a skip and we have 30 years experience of packing the van tightly - more cost effective than a skip

  2. Labour: This is for the experienced professionals and the van - we do the back breaking work so that you don't have to

  3. Saleable items: We pay for good quality modern furniture, antiques, sofas / suites and fully working domestic appliances. We deduct the payment for the good things away from the labour and waste charges
